Inside Out Therapies is a holistic clinic focused on supporting your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. We offer services such as Massage, Acupuncture, Manual Osteopathy, Hypnotherapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki and other complementary therapies designed to help you feel balanced and restored.
Our team consists of trained and certified practitioners with extensive experience in their respective modalities. Each practitioner is committed to providing compassionate, safe, and effective care tailored to your needs.
Currently, most of our therapies are offered in-person at our clinic, ensuring a hands-on approach for optimal results. Please contact us if you’d like to inquire about virtual support options.
You can reach us by phone, email, or through our website booking form. We’re happy to answer questions or guide you in scheduling your sessions.
We ask that cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel online within 24 hours of your appointment or please leave us a voicemail. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Call the clinic at 306-974-1004 or cancel online if you are feeling unwell or can’t make your appointment. Please DO NOT email cancellations.
To ensure personalized care, we strongly recommend booking in advance. Walk-ins may be accommodated if a time slot is available.
Just yourself! Comfortable clothing is recommended, and if you have any relevant medical records or notes about your health, feel free to bring them.
Coverage depends on your plan and the type of therapy. Many extended healthcare plans cover registered massage therapy, and some also cover other modalities like certain bodywork or therapies—but coverage varies by provider and plan.
Massage therapy: Most plans include massage therapy. Some of our therapists offer direct billing, and all registered massage therapists can provide a receipt for you to submit for reimbursement.
Other therapies: Insurance coverage for modalities such as energy work, or other bodywork varies. Some plans may reimburse these services, but often a physician referral is required. We recommend checking your plan to confirm coverage before booking.
Yes, we do! A therapeutic treatment is a great way to show someone how much you care. You can purchase a gift card online here.
Absolutely. All client information is confidential and handled in accordance with privacy regulations.
Yes! Some of our therapists offer direct billing with select insurance providers. If direct billing isn’t available, our RMTs can provide official receipts for insurance reimbursement.
