BodyTalk
BodyTalk in Saskatoon
BodyTalk is a gentle, non-invasive healing system that restores communication within the mind-body connection. It recognizes that your body already has the wisdom to heal itself — sometimes, it just needs help reconnecting the lines of communication.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, BodyTalk works with the body’s priorities for healing. What may seem like the obvious problem is not always the place your body wants to start. This approach ensures the healing process unfolds in the most natural and effective order for you.
During a BodyTalk session, the practitioner uses gentle neuromuscular biofeedback (similar to applied kinesiology) to identify areas where communication has broken down. Using a protocol chart, the practitioner determines the “formulas” — or energy circuits — that need to be re-established. These circuits may involve physical, emotional, or environmental factors, as BodyTalk considers the whole person and the unique story behind your health.
Once the priorities are identified, the practitioner uses light tapping over the head, heart, and navel to help the brain register changes, “save” them to the body’s memory, and integrate them at a deep level. Over time, each session builds on the last, creating lasting improvements in health and well-being.
BodyTalk can be used as a stand-alone treatment or integrated with any other therapy. It is safe for all ages, from newborns to seniors, and can support a wide range of health concerns — including physical pain, emotional stress, allergies, fatigue, digestive issues, migraines, menstrual irregularities, and more.
What to Expect
Clothing: You remain fully clothed.
Session length: 15–45 minutes (longer does not necessarily mean better — even short sessions can be profound).
Process: The practitioner uses light arm movements for biofeedback, gentle tapping, and specific point holding, often asking you to take deep breaths.
Experience: Many clients feel calm, relaxed, and lighter afterward. Changes may be subtle or immediately noticeable, and often continue to unfold after the session.
