Life can be so hard, and our challenges can sometimes turn us upside down. Fear and anxiety can take over and make it hard for us to get out of a downward spiral. It’s important to have someone to deeply listen to you, to make you feel seen, and heard and to allow a safe space to be authentically you.

A client-centered and trauma-informed approach is practiced, allowing you to be intuitively guided using different tools. Strategies such as, CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) that helps with limiting beliefs and creating new neuro pathways in your brain. Along with the use of Narrative Therapy which allows you to rewrite your story and bring empowerment back to you. Lastly, Somatic Therapy, which brings the body into talk therapy, encourages your mind and body to slow down, allowing the knowledge stored in your body to come forward. These answers, feelings, and sensations lead to many changes in your journey. It helps move away from the overactive brain to a place where you are able to process things from the heart.
